Daniel Barenboim and his famous West-Eastern Divan Orchestra performed on the BBC Proms with an emotionally powerful program, featuring pianist legend Marta Argerich.

World's most popular piano concert, Tchaikovsky Piano Concerto no. 1 dramatic piano and melody richness is provided by the solos of Marta Argerich.
Andrew Clements, a critic of The Guardian, even calls it a hypnotic presentation.
There is also an orchestral concert by Witold Lutoslawski, with its colorful and energetic Polish folk intonations . The concert features a peculiar accompaniment, Beethoven's overture to Egmont , an orchestral and conductor's own anticipation of Beethoven 's Jubilee Year (2020) and a tribute to those who fight and never give up.
The concert took place on 12 August at the Royal Albert Hall in London.
